Role of NGOs in Alleviation of Poverty

Abstract

In this paper we will discuss different causes of poverty in different regions of the world. The factors such as malnutrition, slum areas, child labour, Infant mortality rate, lack of education, and child marriages play an important role in the poverty statistics of any country. We will discuss the regions which have high poverty rate, also the role of non-governmental organizations in eradication of
poverty.
