An OJS website can be hosted on the Global Digital Library portal for your journal with full administrative privileges. For conference organizers Global Digital Library offers hosting of your conference website as well as archival services to receive and publish conference articles as proceedings on either a dedicated OJS website, or as a special issue of reputed 3rd party journal. Q. What is the legal relationship between Global Digital Library and hosted journals and conferences?
Global Digital Library is an archival brand of IOARP, registered in Manchester, UK. We provide the IaaS infrastructure for independent journals. GDL acts as a technological custodian; the scientific content and peer-review rigor remain the legal responsibility of the third-party publisher or conference chair.
Q. I am a Conference Organizer or Journal Proprietor; what is the process if I want to host my journal or conference on Global Digital Library?
Please reach out to us at info@globaldigitallibrary.com to enter into a Service Agreement with Global Digital Library. You will them be granted administrative access to manage your conference or journal.
2. Submission & Archiving
Q. I wish to submit a research article in a hosted Global Digital Library journal, what should I do?
You must submit the article through OJS of the desired journal to maintain the digital audit trail.
Q. Can I submit papers via email?
No. All submissions must be processed through the OJS platforms of the desired journal to ensure a valid audit trail for peer-review logs, as required by our compliance monitors.
Q. Is signing the Copyright Transfer Form mandatory?
Yes. It will not be possible to include any article in a journal or conference without a duly signed Copyright Transfer Form submitted to the respective Editor or TPC Chair.
3. Ethics & Editorial Integrity
Q. How does GDL monitor for "Editorial Negligence"?
We use automated third-party tools and internal log audits to flag:
- Unexpected publication volume spikes (potential paper mills).
- Manipulation of reviewer logs.
- Unauthorized post-acceptance authorship changes.
Q. What happens if Global Digital Library finds plagiarism in a hosted article?
We follow a Three-Tier Enforcement Action: first, a Notice of Rectification to the editor; second, a platform freeze; and third, permanent de-archiving and termination of hosting for egregious scientific fraud.

Q. How long is my personal data stored?
In accordance with UK regulatory standards, we typically retain transaction-related data for six years after your last interaction.
Q. How do I file a formal complaint?
